WARRANTY POLICY
Engines
- All new RC Aero Engines and YD Aero Engines carry a TWO Year Warranty on Materials and Workmanship at the time of sale.
- RCEXL ignitions are warranteed by the manufacturer.
- This Warranty only applies to engines purchased through RC Aero Products, and their authorized dealers in North America.
- Engines purchased through EBAY or other sellers will not be covered for any warranty claims. Additionally, we cannot act as an agent for any claims to the manufacturer for warranty claims if the engine was not purchased from RC Aero Products or their authorized dealers.
- The Warranty is void if the engine is disassembled without express authorization from RC Aero Products or its Authorized Sales, Parts, and Service Center.
- RC Aero Products or its Authorized Sales, Parts, and Service Center will not accept returns sent freight forward or COD or without prior authorization.
- Sales are final. We will repair, exchange, or credit a customer for future products at our discretion. We do not offer a money back warranty on engines that have been run.
This Warranty does not cover the following items:
- Propellers, spark plugs and mufflers (included with purchase or custom).
- Ignition timing set up.
- Cosmetic damage caused by shipping. This includes surface scratches, and minor cylinder chips.
- Crash damage. This includes propeller strikes of any type.
- Damage caused by using improper additives or fuel.
- Damage to an engine that has been modified or altered from its original design.
- Damage to an engine being run to high temperatures due to improper cooling setups.
- Damage caused by improper handling, operation or maintenance. This includes the electronic ignition system.
- Damage caused when the engine is shipped to the RC Aero Products Repair Facility. PACK CAREFULLY.
- Shipping costs and expenses to and from the Repair Facility for warranty service.
NOTE: We cannot ship replacement parts until we inspect the suspect items and they are deemed defective by the Repair Facility

RCGF Engines has officially informed us that warranty and service work for all RCGF engines (aka Aerovates) engines sold through RC Aero Products LLC will now be done directly through their factory.

SERVICE GUARANTEE
Providing the lowest prices and best service to you our customer is what we work for every day.
ORDERING WITH CREDIT CARD
We do offer you a Toll free line for your ordering convenience. Our minimum order is $20.00. All major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We will ask for current name, credit card billing address, card expiration date and the 3 or 4 number card code on the back of your credit card for payment authorization. Credit card billing information must pass verification before we process any order. We do accept Pay Pal also.
ORDERING BY INTERNET/E-MAIL
Our on line order line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once an order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation number to indicate the order has been received. Your confirmation number is not an indication of shipment. We will notify you via e-mail if problems arise due to stock availability or credit card information.
MAIL-IN ORDERS
We will process your Mail-in orders for immediate shipment when accompanied by a cashiers check/money, order or credit card number. Personal/Company checks will be held 10 banking days prior to shipment. If there is a backorder on your product you will be immediately notified.
We do not accept COD orders
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT
Engines are shipped out via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise requested. Airplanes, and accessories are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for delivery delays relating to incorrect order information, changes or modifications to orders, manufacturer or supplier delays or carrier late deliveries.

DELIVERY & RECEIPT OF ORDER
Freight damages must be reported immediately to delivery carrier. If the carrier did accidentally damage a product prior to delivery and you notice bent or damaged boxes at delivery, please notify the driver at time of receipt. It may be necessary to open the box before the driver leaves. Airplane kit damage will be handled directly by the manufacturer - HiFly Models.
BACKORDERS
Backorders occasionally arise due to popular demand and/or limited manufacturer supply. The item and shipping cost will not be charged until the item is shipped. If a backorder product is not acceptable, your order may be cancelled upon your request.
WARRANTY
New items carry full manufacturer warranty. Defective merchandise or out-of-box failure is repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion and not RC Aero Products. Exchanges if applicable will occur under manufacturer's authorization only.
